It has been ages since i blogged
napfa test had just passed & now i am suffering from the consequences
muscle cramp =)
oh yeah! this is the first time since pri 6 that i did quite okay for napfa
44 for sit up! A
45 for sit and reach! B
10.9 for shuttle run! E
others all fail ._.
132 for standing broad jump =(
0 for pull up =(
oh god. i think i should start to train for this.
if not i cannot survive in NS
mr yong told me after napfa saying that
NSmen do pull up before breakfast,before lunch?
i really must buck up!
School had been quite auspicious
enduring the napfa thingy
i am goona score well!
